Sculpt, tone and sweat in this 30 minute barre class you can do wherever you are. You'll get a full body workout focusing on core stability, small controlled movements, toning and strengthening.
Pop on some tunes, grab your 1kg hand weights and I'll meet you on the mat.
HIIT Workout.
Get your sweat on in this quick 15 minute heart-pumping HIIT workout. 6 exercises, 45 seconds on, 10 seconds off and 3 rounds in total. Make sure you have a warm up and cool down stretch afterwards.
